MacHeist

MacHeist is a website where you can get software for FREE! They let you do so called heists (puzzles), where you will need to use the internet and your Mac to find and solve the heist. In exchange for completing the puzzle, you will get free software.

This year it was MacHeist number 3. At the end of every year’s MacHeist they offer a bundle.

This is a collection of software for a highly reduced price, of which 25% goes to charity.

This year’s MacHeist bundle consists of the following 13 applications:

This is a total worth of around $950. MacHeist sells all these applications for only $39 for 14 days. Of which, as mentioned earlier, 25% will to go charity.

Do not miss out! Go buy your bundle today; it is almost too good to be true.

Welcome to I do Mac

Welcome to I do Mac

I do Mac is my, Egon, personal weblog (blog). I do Mac is mainly about my MacBook (my first Mac ever!) I purchased the MacBook in the beginning of 2009.

Here on I do Mac I regularly post snippets about my experiences, findings and problems with my Mac.

Why I do Mac

I have used PC’s with Windows for many years, and still do. Next to that I played with various Linux releases, FreeBSD and even worked with SCO UNIX.

I have always wanted a Mac, for as long as I can remember. Why? I have no idea really. It took some time, but now I finally got a MacBook. And the PC will probably be replaced by an iMac, once the PC dies beyond repair.

All I expected and hoped about Macs was true. That is why I do Mac.

Happy reading of I do Mac. If you have questions, remarks or ideas feel free to contact me, or post a message in the I do Mac forums.

There is also an I do Mac (RSS) Feed available.
